At NeuroKids, we provide specialist neuropsychological and rehabilitation services tailored to the needs of each child and their circumstances. To ensure transparency for referrers and commissioning parties, we’ve outlined our standard rates, assessment durations, and additional costs below.

Clinical Work: £160 – £220 per hour

Rehabilitation Assessments: Typically 8–12 hours for assessment and report

Neuropsychology Assessments: Typically 12–16 hours for assessment and report

Psychological Therapy Assessments: Typically 2-4 hours for assessment and report

Therapeutic Provision: Typically delivered in 1–2 hour sessions

Liaison, Consultation, Update Reports: Charged at the standard hourly rate

Training and Supervision: Charged at the standard hourly rate

Travel Costs: Charged at half the hourly rate

Request for Support Process
At NeuroKids, we’ve designed a clear and efficient request for support process to ensure children and young people receive the right care as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect:
1. Initial Contact & Inquiry:
To discuss a support request, please complete our "General Enquiry" form or contact us directly at info@neurokids.co.uk. We are happy to arrange an initial discussion to understand the child’s needs and the specific requirements of the referral.
2. Case Review & Cost Estimate:
After receiving your inquiry:

We will ask you to complete our “Request for Support” form to gather background information.

Our team will review the case details, including any relevant medical, educational, or legal documents.

Based on this review, we’ll provide a cost estimate, outlining the expected duration of assessments and any recommended interventions.
3. Agreement & Funding Confirmation:
Before any work can begin:

Terms & Conditions must be reviewed, agreed, and signed.

Funding sources must be formally confirmed in writing.

For self-funding clients, payment terms will be clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to the start of services.
4. Assessment & Intervention:
Once funding is confirmed, we proceed with:

Assessments, therapeutic interventions, or consultations as agreed.

Consent to Psychological Treatment and Data Consent Forms must be completed before starting services.

We provide regular progress updates to ensure alignment with broader rehabilitation and developmental goals.
5. Reporting & Ongoing Support:
Following assessments:

We deliver detailed reports with tailored recommendations to support legal, educational, or therapeutic planning.

Where needed, we offer ongoing consultation and therapy services to support the child’s continued development and well-being.
Data Protection & Compliance
At NeuroKids, we follow a structured and compliant referral process while ensuring the highest standards of data protection, confidentiality, and legal compliance. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and adhere to UK GDPR and data protection regulations to ensure all client data is managed securely and lawfully.
